The existing switch has 24 RJ45 ports and fiber optic ports arranged too closely together, with the lower row of ports installed in an inverted orientation, making cable insertion and removal extremely inconvenient. To address this, we have proposed a systematic optimization solution. By using a customized patch panel, the layout of various interfaces is rationally redistributed, effectively alleviating the issue of excessively dense port spacing and significantly improving the convenience of plugging and unplugging cables. At the same time, the patch panel integrates a power input and output interface, ensuring a tidy and orderly power connection. To enhance equipment protection and portability, a rack-mountable protective structure is added externally, providing comprehensive protection for the switch against physical damage. Paired with the UN6006 plastic carrying case, it facilitates easy transportation and on-site deployment, enabling seamless transition from fixed installation to mobile use.
